Smut Marathon 2019: Results round 7

Round 7 is the first of the knockout phase of the Smut Marathon, meaning that those who ended with the least points (jury and public combined) at the end of the seventh voting round, will have to leave the competition. This is regardless of the points those writers have accumulated in the first six rounds of the competition. Since we had 26 writers in the seventh round, and only 21 are allowed to advance to round 8, this means we will have to say goodbye to 5 writers. This is the point of the competition I really don’t like (yep, I know I am the one who made the rules, but it doesn’t mean I have to like it), as

Smut Marathon 2019: Voting Round 7

We have arrived in the second part of the marathon – the knockout phase. As from this round, those writers who end up at the bottom of the rankings will be knocked out of the marathon, regardless of the points they have accumulated in the first six rounds. By the time we reach the tenth round, only eight writers will be competing to be the winner of this year’s edition of the Smut Marathon. The assignment Just like the 2018 marathon this year we also used an image as a prompt for a story. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and where the writers were not allowed to write that many words, they have crafted some lovely

Smut Marathon 2019: Results round 6

We have come to the end of the rankings phase of the Smut Marathon 2019, and are entering the knockout phase, where writers have to leave the marathon at the end of all of the next rounds. And of course, now, at the end of the sixth round, where the writers had to write a story using the words ‘wedding dress’, fourteen writers will not continue to round 7. News about the Smut Marathon 2018 anthology I am delighted to tell you that currently I have the proof copy of the anthology in the email, and as soon as I have gone through it with a fine comb, we will be able to announce the publication date. Also, once it

Resonance Press, Sponsor of the Smut Marathon 2019!

In several posts over the last couple of weeks I have promised that I would share news with you all regarding the anthology of the Smut Marathon 2018. One of the sponsors for the 2018 marathon was Sexy Little Pages, who was going to do the book. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, Sexy Little Pages stopped their business. In the process that came after they stopped, I was informed that Resonance Press would take over the publishing of the anthology, and all future anthologies. It has taken some time, but in the meantime the authors who have been selected for the 2018 anthology have received their contracts. The book itself is almost ready to go. All that it still needs

Smut Marathon 2019: Results round 5

For the fifth assignment, the writers were all thrown into the dark. Some of them stayed in the dark, others ventured into the light, but all of them wrote wonderful and sexy stories. When I announced the results for the fourth voting round, I mentioned that I had some news about the anthology of the Smut Marathon 2018. I haven’t revealed anything just yet, but soon, very soon, I will! It’s really going to happen! Let’s get to the results for the fifth voting round! Authors 1. Seducing the Vampyr – Chloe Sheila 2. Smut Marathon 2019: Voting Round 5

When we started out with this round, there were 54 writers, but in true tradition of the Smut Marathon, writers have withdrawn due to different circumstances. I have said it before and I will say it again: this is all part of the competition. The 50 writers that are now still in the competition, have shown their stamina up to now, and they will all have to work hard to make it to the end line. Not all of them will make it, but ‘m sure all of them will try! May I point you to something else? In the past weeks we have started to introduce the sponsors for this year’s marathon. The sponsors that have already been announced

Just like last year, this year too Satisfyer has agreed to be a sponsor of the Smut Marathon! They have overloaded me with gifts for the winners, and there is a small surprise too! Allow me to tell you a bit more about the toys in the prize packages: Petting Hippo: This raspberry pink, stylish vibrator has 12 exciting vibration programs and the voluminous tip and flexible shaft also turns it into a G-spot vibrator. Charming Smile: This is another G-spot vibrator, but it’s a bit smaller than the hippo, and has a beautiful pastel lilac color. It’s silk-touch surface is on of its highlights. Yummy Sunshine: A sunny yellow vibrator with a special ribbed structure, which will definitely make you happy! Magic
